Philharmonic Summer Camp


The TUSCARAWAS PHILHARMONIC PERFORMING ARTS CAMP is a thoughtfully designed music enrichment program for young musicians. Our conductor, Eric Benjamin, and other professional educators will help your student develop skills through ensemble rehearsal and group sectionals. Each day will include fun learning experiences to help make the music camp an unforgettable adventure with lasting impact. And to top it off, students will perform a FREE concert on Thursday evening at the Kent State Performing Arts Center.

Camp takes place June 10-13, 2019

  • String Camp - Beginning and advanced students meet from 9am to noon Monday-Wednesday at the PAC
  • Chorus Camp - Students will meet from 1-4pm Monday-Wednesay at the PAC
  • NEW! Percussion Camp - Students will meet from 9am to noon Monday-Wednesday at Buckeye Career Center
  • ALL CAMP GROUPS WILL MEET AT 1PM ON THURSDAY FOR AN ALL-DAY PROGRAM AT THE PAC

The fee includes a week of music instruction, with music specifically chosen for your child’s skill level, a camp T-shirt, and a special pre-performance dinner party on Thursday.
